Shipping & Delivery Policy
Raj Traders delivers orders placed on raj-traders.com to addresses within India only.
1. Delivery areas and time
- Kalyanpura and nearby villages / Jhabua district: usually 1–3 working days.
- Rest of Madhya Pradesh: usually 3–6 working days.
- Rest of India: usually 5–10 working days, through a courier partner.
These are estimates. Delivery may take longer during festivals, bad weather, strikes or for remote PIN codes. We will contact you on your phone number if there is any delay.
2. Delivery charges
Delivery is currently free on all orders. If delivery charges change in future, the exact charge will always be shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Payment options
- Pay Online – Razorpay: UPI, debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay) and net banking.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): pay in cash or UPI when the order arrives. COD may not be available for some PIN codes or very large orders; in that case we will call you.
4. Order processing
- Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
- You can check the status of your order on the Track Your Order page or in My Account.
5. At the time of delivery
- Please give a correct address, PIN code and an active mobile number.
- Check that the package is sealed and undamaged. If it is badly damaged, you may refuse it and inform us right away.
- Report any damaged, defective or wrong item within 48 hours as per our Refund & Return Policy.
