Delivery

We deliver only within India.
Kalyanpura / Jhabua district: usually 1–3 working days. Rest of Madhya Pradesh: 3–6 working days. Rest of India: 5–10 working days.
Delivery is currently free. Any delivery charge will always be shown at checkout before you pay.
Pay online with Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) or choose Cash on Delivery.

Report a damaged, defective or wrong item within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective or wrong items, with the original box, accessories and invoice.
Refunds: online payments go back to the same method in 5–7 working days; COD orders are refunded by UPI/bank transfer within 7 working days.
After that, the brand’s warranty applies through its authorised service centre.
